The solution involves taking the organisation through a Vision and Mission process via various tools and methodologies, as an outcome we arrive at a 5 year goal for the organisation. As next steps a road map to achieve the goals encompasses strategic outlooks, streamlining the company processes , measurement driven deliverables are introduced( KRA/KPIs for all employees), Balanced score cards for tracking, DRM introduced where ever appropriate. In the words of Dr. Edward Deming, "It is no longer business of quality (product quality) which is alone important but, the quality of business that matters for differentiation". The quality of business refers to the 'Quality of Thinking' from the Board Room that is driving the organization through leadership aligning people through Purpose, Vision, Values and Strategic directions up to the grass root levels. That is what LEAN is all about :-

A systematic approach to the identification and elimination all forms of waste from the value stream.

We at Management Specialist have a very strong background in LEAN manufacturing, We are trained on TPS (Toyota Production Systems from Toyota Japan) and we offer end to end LEAN solutions to organizations by achieving competitiveness and focusing on:

  • Increasing the speed of all responses
  • Elimination of waste of all kinds
  • Alignment and the involvement of the people for continuous improvements
  • Training on Lean Thinking, Value Stream Mapping,
  • Identification of MUDA
  • Creation MUDA Matrix
  • Selection of MUDA Projects
  • Formation of CFTS (Cross Functional Teams)
  • Completion of Projects using 12 step Methodology
  • 40 problem solving tools will be used

5s forms the foundation of LEAN, there is an organic overlap between both the solutions and we Tailor make implantations based on industry. 5s is a simple housekeeping methodology which takes 5 steps. We take organizations through implementation visa audit, handholding, training internal auditors and eventually reaching Preventive 5s stage. The whole process involves an Attitude change for the entire workforce.

Lean Thinking - provides a way to do more and more with less and less !!! Less human effort, Less equipment, Less time, Less Space.
